Mi Bonitos
Mi Bonitos, also known simply as Bonitos, is a popular high end resto in the rural area of UPLB College in Laguna. It is located at a corner lot in Demarses Subd. along Grove St. Los Baños, Laguna. If at one time you are anywhere near UPLB, make sure to visit Mi Bonitos. It has been one of my favorite restos since my college days.
Two of my favorite dishes from Bonitos is the Rosemary Chicken and Kalderetang Batangas. Rosemary Chicken is a perfectly fried chicken infused with rosemary herbs.

Kalderetang Batangas is Bonitos’ special beef stew that melts in your mouth.

Their Beef Tapa is so tasty and it comes with 2 pieces of eggs cooked sunny side-up. I think you can request if you want your eggs beaten.

We also got a plate of Nachos and Onion Rings on the side. Their Nachos is a bed of fried corn tortilla chips topped with fresh tomatoes, salsa, and cheese sauce. It comes with a chili con carne dip.

Their Onion Rings has a sweet kick to it. Each ring is dipped in milk and breadcrumbs then deep-fried till golden brown. It comes with an herb cream sauce dip.
