It was a Monday night and they have a Metrobank credit card promo for this day so we took advantage of trying out UCC Coffee Park Cafe in Eastwood. Metrobank cardholders can enjoy the limited promo of getting a free Fried Chicken Spaghetti meal worth Php339 when you order an entree with a price higher than that.Though the name may imply a coffee house, this cafe also has a handful of Filipino, Japanese, and Western dishes. They also have a whole menu only for all-day breakfast choices. I am a breakfast person so knowing this made me a little excited.UCC Coffee Breakfast Selection

To be able to avail of the Metrobank credit card promo and experience UCC’s all-day breakfast meal, I ordered the Filipino Breakfast Medley (Php399). It is a breakfast consisting of garlic fried rice, scrambled eggs, and a choice of pork or chicken longganisa, and pork or beef tapa. I chose chicken longganisa and beef tapa. It is a pricey breakfast with nothing special in there. I think can create my own breakfast medley in my own kitchen at home.

Also, the menu said it comes with a cup of coffee however when we asked for it, they said the free coffee is only given if you order this meal at breakfast. How come it is an all-day breakfast meal? Sheesh.

The free Fried Chicken Spaghetti meal is topped with white sauce and crunchy pieces of chicken. It also tasted average for me.

The Fried Chicken Omurice (Php339) consists of fried chicken fillet and probably 2 cups of rice turned into omurice. Omurice is an omelet filled with fried rice. It is usually served topped with ketchup but in this case, it is served with mushroom cream sauce.

Food is average at UCC Coffee Park Cafe. If I ever go back, it would probably be to try their coffee and cakes. :)

Spread some awesome..ness.. :D
