Kota Keluarga is a high-end residential resort that is being developed in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. This 100-hectare land is expected to transform into one of the best subdivisions in the near future. Kota Keluarga is being developed by Pueblo Niño Development Inc. which is the same developer that brought most of the high-end residential areas in Batangas. The land to be developed is a property of Costa de Madera Corporation.
Kota Keluarga aims to create a home by the beach. If you live in this place, I doubt if you’d still miss taking a plunge in the sea.

Unfortunately, Kota Keluarga is not a resort but a residential resort which means you need to live in the subdivision or know someone who lives in it to gain access to its pristine beach.
My roomie was so lucky that she had the chance to visit Kota Keluarga while her friend was still working at Pueblo Niño Development Inc. I am so envious.

I would like to inquire availability for a room of 5pax for 29th March 2013 (check-in) and check out the following day, 30th March 2013.
If these dates are not available, we can check in on the 30th and check out on the 31st.
About the food, how much is the normal meal per person?
