If cupcakes solved problems then Cupcakes by Sonja is probably the ultimate solution. I happen to come across this perky, little cupcake store while I was strolling in Serendra. I have heard so much good things about it so when the opportunity came, I took it and had a bite of Cupcakes By Sonja.

When you enter their store, you will already feel transformed – from being sad to being happy or from being broke to having all the cash to splurge on those cupcakes. The ambiance of their store is so inviting. I think worries don’t exist when you are in the perimeter of their store.

Cupcakes By Sonja are wayyy different compared to the usual cupcake you find in grocery stores or even in some popular bakeshops in the metro. Yeah, the cupcakes are expensive but the taste, texture, quality, aroma, and everything about them are uncanny. If I had money and I was feeling blue, I would definitely get many pieces of  Red Velvet Vixen (Php70), create a bed out of them to melt my troubles away. But I think it would be better if I don’t make a bed and just devour them. Yum!

The Red Velvet Vixen is their best-seller. It’s a favorite by many cupcake aficionados. It’s not mine but it’s definitely one I really like. I am a chocolate-loving person so apparently, I want a lot of chocolate in my cupcake.

Red Velvet Vixen and Chocolate Overload

My personal favorite from Cupcakes By Sonja is the Chocolate Overload (Php72). As a chocoholic, those are definitely that you want to come together and hear all the time. If possible, eat all the time.

When you order cupcakes to go, you can request to have them individually wrapped in those cute blue boxes. If you are getting them in bulk, you can choose to get them in box of 4.
