You don’t have to drive that far from the city if you want to cool off this summer with your family and friends because Club Manila East is just a stone throw away from the bustling metro. If you pass through the floodway area instead of the Ortigas Extension, you might even cut down your travel time.
Club Manila East has 8 pools – CME BeachWaves, CME Easy River, Kiddie Pool with waterfalls and fountains, Adult Pool with a giant 3-looped slide, Boating area for kayaking, the Lap Pool, the Shaded Pool, and the Bean-shaped pool.
Unfortunately, the CME Easy River was closed during our visit so we weren’t able to try it.
There are several beach wave pools in Club Manila East, if my memory served me right, there are 3 beach wave pools. Some have higher water level than the others. With the beach wave pool in Club Manila East, you can even ride the waves as if you were really at the beach. Some even surf on it.

Club Manila East have lots of cottages that you can rent for a day tour. If you plan to stay the night, they also have cozy villas. Club Manila East has 70 air-conditioned villas that can be used for overnight accommodations or for long stays. I had a chance to stay in a villa even though we were there only for a day tour because we had a baby with us. Their rooms are clean and spacious. They even have a bath tub. A word of advice, you cannot bring outside food inside Club Manila East. You will be asked to leave your food with the guards at the entrance. There are a few stores inside the resort like Jollibee, Chowking, and Shakey’s inside in case you get hungry. However, if you visit on a non-peak season or a weekday, there might be no stores open so you will need to go out of the resort to eat.
