Kusina ng Gerry’s in Lucky Chinatown Mall
Duration : ~1-2 hours
Bummers : n/a
Gerry’s Grill is bringing in a popular concept in the fast casual restaurant dine-in scene. It is known as the “Kusina ng Gerry’s” – a do it yourself restaurant, which is close to the heart of many Pinoy foodies. Growing up, we are all exposed to having home-cooked meals in many turo-turo (literally point-point). This is the same concept Gerry’s Grill is trying to bring back. Since we are familiar with turo-turo dining, we will definitely relate easily with Kusina ng Gerry’s.
The idea is to go to the counter and choose the food that you like. You can go for ala carte choices or you can also create your own meal. After paying, the waiter will bring the food at your table. The selection of food, quality, and dining experience at Kusina ng Gerry’s is similar to the original restaurant.
The first Kusina ng Gerry’s is a 200-square-meter restaurant that can accommodate at least 120 guests. A full service Gerry’s branch usually requires 250 square meters and can seat 200 guests.
The first branch of Kusina ni Gerry is opened at the 3rd Level of Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila. Kusina ng Gerry’s is planned to open in various locations such as Cavite, Olongapo, Dagupan, and Cagayan de Oro.
Imus, Cavite; Subic, Olongapo; Dagupan, and Cagayan de Oro.
