UPCOMING EVENT: The Singapore Blog Awards 2012
Last June 21, 2012, we received an e-mail from omy.sg, a web portal under the Singapore Press Holdings media group, with an invitation to attend the Singapore Blog Awards 2012 (SBA2012). From their FB Page, the Singapore Blog Awards aims to “honour tireless ‘new age wordsmith’ who devote much time and energy in maintaining informative, regularly updated and innovative blogs, often out of interest rather than for personal gains.”
This year, they are inviting 15 international bloggers to attend this prestigious event in Singapore’s digital world. The attending bloggers will be assigned to one of the chic hotels under the Far East Hospitality Group. Four bloggers are from Hong Kong, six are from Malaysia, and five are from the Philippines. It is a great honor to be one of the five bloggers from the Philippines who will be attending SBA2012 — a huge recognition for all the hard work poured into this blog.
Here is a list of all the international bloggers invited to witness SBA2012.

Spread some awesome..ness..

That’s great and congratulations, but please polish your writing a bit. For instance, your subheading should say “set foot in” rather than “set foot on.” The former means “to enter,” say, “the best places in the WORLD,” while the latter means to literally step on something.
@blah
I’ll think about it but I was really going for “set foot on” like in my mind I imagine my feet literally stepping on the beach or stepping out of the airplane and stepping on new grounds. But you have a good point there.
Thanks and thanks for the suggestion as well.
CONGRATUMALATIONSSSS!!!! So excited for you! Please do share with us what the blogosphere is like in Singapore!
