There is a saying that goes, “Never say ‘kekko’ until you’ve seen Nikko“. Kekko means beautiful, in the most pristine sense, which gives anyone utter satisfaction of what one sees. Nikko means sunlight and Nikko National Park is a popular destination in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan that has some of the most awesome trails and most amazing waterfalls in the Land of the Rising Sun.

Kota Keluarga is a high-end residential resort that is being developed in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. This 100-hectare land is expected to transform into one of the best subdivisions in the near future. Kota Keluarga is being developed by Pueblo Niño Development Inc. which is the same developer that brought most of the high-end residential areas in Batangas. The land to be developed is a property of Costa de Madera Corporation.
